Job IdentificationWe are looking for Key Account Executive to ve part of our Key Accounts, On-Premise team.
What We Expect- Planning and implementing promotions, activities and tailor‑made programs specific to customers
- Controlling and following up the execution standards through market visits, understanding customer needs & priorities and taking actions accordingly
- Planning annual budget according to customer expectations and profit objectives of the company
- Applying new implementations in line with new trends and shopper behavior
- Enhancing and differentiating customer’s product portfolio through trial of proper products
- Prompting related functions to meet the needs of customer and consumer in terms of new product and packaging launches and pursuing the process to be completed
- Planning recommendations and activities based on BW, B2B, Nielsen, HTP data to reach channel KPIs
- Providing coordination between customer plans and regions
- Contributing to process improvement projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration & Economics is a plus
- Fluent in Turkish and English is a must (both speaking & writing)
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales & FMCG sector
- Experience in Horeca (On‑Premise) channel
