Technology Designfocusesonhelpingclientorganizationsunderstand,shape,andimprovehowtechnologyis designed,governed,andexecutedacrosstheenterprise.

• Engagementsareexecutedwithintheclientenvironment, in close collaborationwithclientteamsandkeystakeholders
• Thispositionisneitherasoftwaredevelopmentrolenoratraditionalbusinessanalystrole
• The Technology Design function acts as a bridge between business objectives, IT capabilities, architectural frameworks, and execution models, enabling effective and sustainable transformation

As a Technology Design Analyst, you will work as part of a consulting team supporting client engagements by contributing to analysis, structuring, and insight generation across technology and transformation topics.

• Supporttheanalysisof how ITorganizationsoperate,including governance,delivery,architecture,and platforms
• Participateinclientmeetings,workshops,andworkingsessionsundertheguidanceofseniorconsultants
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements,identifying opportunities for technology and design improvements
• Develop detailed business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand technology capabilities
• Design and document workflows, processes, and systems tooptimizebusiness operations and enhance user experience
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our service offerings

• Practical understanding of how large-scale IT organizations and operatingmodelsfunction
• Strong insight into the structure and operations of banks and complex enterprises
• Exposure to enterprise-level technology, architecture, anddeliverydecision-making
• Experience in translating complex problems into clear, structured, and actionable consulting recommendations
• Confidence and effectiveness in client-facing and stakeholder-driven environments

• Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management,Engineeringor other comparable degrees
• 0-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-focused environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements
• Knowledgeonprocess design and workflow analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Understandingofproject management tools and techniques is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges
• Exposure to IT technical domains (e.g.software delivery, systems, platforms, architecture,SDLC) hands-on exposure is a plus
• Fluent in English
