We are looking for a Senior IT Management & Coordination Specialist to support IT strategy, governance, risk, compliance, and quality activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IT management frameworks, ITIL, COBIT, and Agile methodologies, with experience coordinating internal and external audits, risk management, and compliance activities in an enterprise IT environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support IT strategy initiatives, ensuring alignment between the bank business units and subsidiaries
- Develop and implement an IT governance model based on international best practices
- Redesign and update policies, procedures, processes, and role definitions according to new organizational standards and best practices
- Measure and report IT service levels (SLA)
- Define, develop, and maintain process and procedure standards
- Monitor new IT regulations, assess compliance status, and coordinate necessary actions
- Support and coordinate internal and external IT audit activities
- Ensure audit findings are addressed by responsible parties, track actions, and prepare status reports for IT management
- Provide support for IT risk management activities
- Conduct first-level IT documentation control
- Execute IT quality management processes, define KPIs, measure and report performance
- Provide IT management with reporting on performance, compliance, and risk metrics
- Ensure all regulatory compliance and coordination activities are completed
- Proven experience in IT governance, risk, compliance, and quality management
- Knowledge of IT processes and frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in IT
- Strong business and resource management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Customer-oriented mindset (internal and external)
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Excellent communication skills in English
