Business Analyst; Hybrid

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in CMS projects and integrations to support CMS performance optimization and CMS renewal initiatives

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for CMS and integration projects
• Support CMS performance optimization and CMS renewal initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to manage integration processes
• Use tools like SOAPUI, Postman, and Kafka to validate integrations
• Maintain clear and structured documentation in Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate effective communication and coordination
• Contribute to testing processes
  , including UAT and regression testing
• Track metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decisions

• 4–6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT projects
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, integration methodologies, and technical workflows
• Hands‑on experience with SQL for data analysis
• Experience in vendor management and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with SOAPUI, Postman, Kafka
  , or similar integration tools
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Professional‑level English (written and spoken)
• Experience working in complex, enterprise IT environments is preferred
