We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in CMS projects and integrations to support CMS performance optimization and CMS renewal initiatives

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for CMS and integration projects
- Support CMS performance optimization and CMS renewal initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to manage integration processes
- Use tools like SOAPUI, Postman, and Kafka to validate integrations
- Maintain clear and structured documentation in Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Manage stakeholders and facilitate effective communication and coordination
- Contribute to testing processes
, including UAT and regression testing - Track metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decisions
- 4–6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT projects
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, integration methodologies, and technical workflows
- Hands‑on experience with SQL for data analysis
- Experience in vendor management and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with SOAPUI, Postman, Kafka
, or similar integration tools - Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Professional‑level English (written and spoken)
- Experience working in complex, enterprise IT environments is preferred
