We are looking for an experienced and passionate Word Press Developer.

Your responsibilities:

• - Assist in developing and maintaining Word Press websites and plugins.
• - Customize themes and templates to meet client requirements.
• - Ensure website performance, speed, and security.
• - Perform regular website updates, including Word Press core, themes, and plugins.
• - Debug and troubleshoot website issues reported by clients or team members.
• - Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive and visually appealing designs.
• - Create and modify pages and layouts using Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders.
• - Optimize websites for SEO and performance using best practices.
• - Assist in integrating APIs and third-party services with Word Press sites.
• - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Skill sets/Experience we require:

• - Proficiency in Word Press core functionalities, basic custom theme and plugin development and customization.
• - Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or similar tools.
• - Without any page builder – Site creation using ACF.
• - Woo Commerce and its customization.
• - Good communication skills in written, verbal and understanding.
• - Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL for Word Press customizations.
• - Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• - Understanding of SEO best practices for Word Press.
• - Ability to debug and troubleshoot common Word Press errors.
• - Knowledge of Word Press themes, widgets, and short codes.
• - Basic knowledge of REST API integration.
• - Knowledge of popular Word Press security and optimization plugins.
• - Experience with Word Press Multisite setup and management.
• - Basic understanding of graphic design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Photoshop.
• - Experience with website performance optimization tools like GTmetrix or Google Page Speed Insights.
• - Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG compliance standards.
• - Basic knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• - Understanding of JSON and AJAX for dynamic interactions.
• - Previous experience in hosting management and DNS configurations.
• - Exposure to working with APIs like Google Maps, Mailchimp, or payment gateways.
• - Bonus:
  Knowledge and experience in Shopify development.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related subject
