**** What You Will Be Doing:
*** Manage end-to-end technical recruitment processes across global hiring needs.
* Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand talent requirements and provide strategic recruitment support.
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain up-to-date applicant tracking throughout the process.
* Lead proactive sourcing initiatives using Linked In and other relevant platforms.
* Conduct competency-based
** interviews in English
** while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
* Collaborate closely with HR-Resource Allocation and People Operation teams to ensure seamless alignment between hiring needs, recruitment delivery and onboarding readiness.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for technical and support roles.
* Monitor and keep record of recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.
** What We Are Looking For:
*** Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
* Minimum 3 years of experience in technical IT recruitment,
* Proven experience in global hiring,
* Fluent English (written and spoken),
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change,
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and well-organized,
* Experience using Workday or similar ATS systems is a plus.
