** About the Spa Therapist Position :
** We are looking for a committed Spa Therapist to act as the client's professional throughout restoring balance and tranquillity.

You will provide professional and engaging wellness therapies, massage, and treatments to our clients. You will offer a full range of treatments to fulfill different client needs and objectives.

Knowledge of beauty treatments is an advantage.#### ####
** Responsibilities :
*** Greet clients and explain the process of the spa experience
* Review and update client profile forms and customize treatments to address client needs and contraindications
* Acknowledge and respond to relevant client queries, needs, and expectations
* Perform spa treatments
* Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care
* Develop packages or massage courses using a variety of treatment options
* Farewell clients, guiding them to their next area
* Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving comfort, flexibility, and balance
* Following scheduled roster and daily appointment schedule
* Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms
* Uphold personal and general hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
* Manage levels of professional stock and supplies
* Reference and abide by the spa’s Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals
* Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends## ####
** Requirements :
*** Proven work experience as a spa therapist
* Hands**
- ** on experience in massage techniques and face/body therapies
* Intensive training and expertise
* Ability to manage clients with different types of personalities
* Current knowledge of treatment practices
* Drive to learn and grow constantly
* Good interpersonal communication skills
* Valid license to practice spa therapies
* Positive and professional attitude and behavior
* Experience in sales will be considered an asset
* Knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage
