As a Sr. Hardware Design Engineer, you will lead the developmentésiemy of high-performance ASIC and FPGA solutions from concept to silicon. You will combine hands‑on RTL design, architecture decisions, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver robust, reliable hardware products. • Lead RTL design, integration, and verification across the development lifecycle

• 10+ years of experience in ASIC or FPGA design and verification
• BSEE or MSEE degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proficient in System Verilog for RTL design and digital architecture
• Experienced with simulation and verification tools such as Questa, Incisive, or VCS
• Skilled in scripting languages (Python, Perl, Tcl) for automation and workflow optimization
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Preferred: expertise in ASIC synthesis, timing closure, CDC/RDC methodologies, UVM‑based verification, high‑speed memory technologies (HBM, G ئۇيغۇر, GDDR, LPDDR, DDR), and familiarity with AMBA AXI or CHI protocols
