We are currently recruiting a Drilling Subject Matter Expert (SME) on behalf of one of our trusted clients
, for an SPS project on a drillship in Turkey

📍 Location: Turkey
🗓 Rotation: 6 weeks on / 4 weeks off
🚀 Start Date: ASAP

• Work closely with the Operationненияand Maintenance teams to ensure the production plant operates efficiently and reliably. (Supply Chain, Finance, QHSE colleagues when necessary).
• To develop detailed plans for equipment required as part of SPS maintenance.
• Work closely with planners to ensure that detailed plans prepared for SPS maintenance are recorded on the Gantt最佳 Chart.
• Assist the Project Manager Υin reviewing and correcting assets (drawings, manual sand certificates, etc.) within the PM Program to ensure a complete inventory (STAR/IPS).
• Develop maintenance work instructions/PM tasks including detailed procedures, measuring points, required tooling, parts & consumables, and other details.
• Perform criticality analysis on equipment by conducting Risk Assessments to identify potential deficiencies, safety concerns or compliance issues.
• Update and manage the work breakdown structure (WBS) to reflect all planned activities for the relevant discipline.
• Prepare both high-level and detailed scope of works (SOW) for activities for the relevant discipline, including inspection, maintenance, repair, implementation, modification and commissioning.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to avoid conflicts between operational activities and project schedules.
• Support budgeting and procurement processes by collaborating with the Supply Chain Specialist.
• Generate and issue material and service requisitions with the necessary detailed technical specifications.
• Address quality and safety matters and elevate related issues promptly to the QHSE Specialist.
• Review Product Information bulleting (PIB’s) on OEM equipment.
• Responsible for training local personnel.
• Other responsibilities that may arise during the scope of work.
