The Mathematics Program at Sabancı University, İstanbul, Turkey invites applications for a full-time faculty position at all ranks in the areas of algebra, number theory and combinatorics to commence in the 2026 Fall.

The Mathematics Program at Sabancı University offers M.S. and Ph.D. degrees and it has been ranked among the top mathematics programs in Turkey by THE ranking system. Detailed information about the Mathematics Program can be found athttp://math.sabanciuniv.edu/ .

• Teaching: The candidate is expected to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels (expected teaching load is 3 courses per academic year) and supervise student projects and graduate theses.
• Research: The candidate is expected to establish and execute an independent research program at Sabancı University, as well as receive external funding at both national and international levels. The candidate will have a primary affiliation with the Mathematics Program and will be encouraged to conduct collaborative research with other programs in FENS as well.
• Service: The candidate is expected to actively work in the committees to help improve the academic and administrative processes of the faculty and the university.

• Strong research background as demonstrated by a publication record in high quality journals in the field.
• For candidates at the Assistant Professor level, post-doctoral research experience is required.
