Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with Inquiries related to a company's products and services. He/she will be Instrumental in customer retention by addressing concerns and product issues, and by communicating in a professional, positive manner. 2 Weeks Education, Working hours  shift system. +3k TL working from office bonus, %10 performance bonus. C1+ English, B2+ German speaker.

• Attend training sessions to grow knowledge of product and to develop customer service
• Resolve phone, walk-in, mall, fax, and emall customer inquiries
• Process and logging incoming calls into CRM system.
• Identify customer needs.
• Forward and escalation inquiries to relevant individuals and departments
• Contact customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
• Perform other duties as the need arises.
• Update customer Information as required.
