Motion Graphic Designer - Onsite

Overview

This role isn’t just about being skilled with design tools. We’re looking for someone who brings a performance marketing mindset to the table.

This is NOT what we are looking for:

Not about designing products in Figma.
Not about making art.
Not just about static design.
Not about creating 3D designs.

Someone who sees themselves as a marketer first, before a "designer/artist."
Someone eager to create performance marketing videos.
Someone who gives and takes feedback naturally.
Someone who loves digging through ad libraries.
Someone who focuses on performance-driven design
, not just making things look pretty.

If you're curious enough, understand the difference between brand marketing and performance marketing (or go research it now! ️), we’d love to see your application!

What you will be working on:

• Creating static images and motion videos for marketing campaigns to be published worldwide,
• Generating new variations of existing creative assets based on performance data,
• Creating visuals and videos (screenshots) for the App Store and Play Store.

• Strong proficiency in Creative Suites, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop,
• Ability to adapt to new tools (Cap Cut, ChatGPT, Heygen, Eleven Labs, etc.),
• Following the trends especially in the US, and integrating them into assets,
• 5 days on-site office attendance (Levent, Istanbul).
• Advanced level of English.
