We are looking for an HR Generalist professional to join our team.
Your key responsibilities will include:- Complete SSC delivery work in Turkey based on SLA, including but not limited to onboarding management, offboarding management, contract management, attendance, and payroll management.
- Responsible for the establishment and development of the Turkey SSC team, improving SLA delivery quality, and assisting the local HR leader and the headquarters SSC leader in refining local policies and guidelines in Turkey.
- Ensure that the Europe SSC operates in compliance with SHEIN's SSC processes and related system requirements.
- Assist the line manager in planning and overseeing the implementation of key Europe HRSSC delivery projects.
- Responsible for cross-departmental collaboration or other Europe HRSSC projects.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of HR work experience and project management experience.
- Experience in multinational logistics or manufacturing industries is preferred; willingness to accept cross‑border relocation is preferred.
- Familiarity with the three‑pillar HR model and a strong sense of compliance.
- Strong global perspective, systematic thinking, innovation ability, and communication and coordination skills.
