Logistic Administration Specialist

WMF (World Material Flow) is a Logistics Department responsible for managing the material flow from European suppliers to logistics operators’ warehouses, prior to shipment to customer plants in LATAM and China.
We are seeking a Logistics Administration Specialist to join the WMF Logistics Operations team within IVECO Group.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the invoicing process in SAP, maintaining a proactive relationship with logistics providers, and identifying and resolving process anomalies to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control the logistics invoicing process in SAP
Act as a key interface with Logistics Providers, Freight Forwarders and Customs Authorities;
Identify and resolve logistic issues to minimize disruptions in the Shipment process;

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field;
English proficiency (B2 level);

Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office and Outlook;
Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures;
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and processes

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Logistics or a related field;
Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management;
Previous experience in the automotive or industrial sector.
