Sales Manager / Commercial Project Manager

Joy Project is an Italian company specialized in  custom special effects  for events, shows and major brands, operating in an  international context .
Next year, we will celebrate  30 years of activity .
We don’t sell catalog products:  we design tailor-made experiences .

We are looking for a  sales professional / commercial project manager  able to build strong relationships and develop new business opportunities, while ensuring continuity throughout the project lifecycle.

Main responsibilities

• Business development and new client acquisition

• Relationship management with agencies, brands and event organizers

• Listening to client needs and providing initial creative input

• Acting as a bridge between client, sales and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle

• Collaboration with the technical team to shape proposals and support project delivery

• Managing and developing long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or commercial project management (events / services / creative industries preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, results-oriented mindset

• Ability to sell ideas, not just prices

• High level of autonomy

• Excellent command of English, written and spoken

• Availability to travel for meetings and events

• Availability to support clients during events or urgent situations, as live productions often take place outside standard office hours
