About the position:
Join one of Europe’s fastest‑growing SDA brands and take the lead in driving our expansion across Italy. If you’re passionate about sales, product launches, and building strong retail partnerships, this role puts you at the center of our growth story.
Responsibilities:
Build and expand AENO & Buydeem presence across major retail channels (consumer electronics, beauty, DIY, etc.).
Lead all New Product Introduction (NPI) activities in Italy.
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share.
Create and manage Product Assortment Matrices for key partners.
Prepare complex commercial offers and drive sell‑out activities.
Oversee inventory planning and replenishment using PSI/CPFR data.
Manage pricing and promotional actions together with the central team.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales or product management within SDA, consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG.
Strong understanding of the Italian SDA market and key retail players.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and planning skills.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Analytical mindset, leadership qualities, and a results‑driven approach.
