Position: Store Manager (New Store Opening)

Who We're Looking For
For the opening of our new store in Turin, we are looking for a seasoned Store Manager who can guide the team andaalada play a key role in driving the store’s performance and development.
Key Responsabilities

Lead and foster the team, promoting a supportive and cooperative workplace atmosphere;
Drive the achievement of sales goals and support the store’s overall performance;
Manage the customer journey, ensuring outstanding service that reflects the brand’s identity and standards;
Oversee cash register processes, back‑office duties, and all administrative functions within the store;
Collaborate with visual and marketing departments to ensure the store consistently meets brand guidelines;
Analyze sales performance and pinpoint areas for commercial improvement and growth.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in premium or luxury fashion;
Solid leadership abilities with strong organizational and team‑coordination skills;
