Senior Finance Analyst – Growth and Quotations

Location:

Eaton, Metropolitan City of Turin, Piedmont, Italy (also open in Tczew or Bielsko‑Biała, Poland).
What You’ll Do

Lead and coordinate the quotation process for all new growth initiatives in Mobility EMEA, including eMobility and traditional business.
Ensure sales team provides timely feedback to customers for quotations of new products.
Coordinate different teams (sales, SCM, product line, plant engineering, plant finance) to prepare accurate cost models.
Work with sales managers and product line to determine accurate market target price for each quoted product before the cost model is prepared.
Validate Bill of Material items and benchmark with SCM the most accurate market target price for procured components.
Lead and validate with plant teams the most accurate variable and fixed costs for new products and post‑SOP cost‑saving initiatives.
Support standardization of processes, cost models and approval workflows.
Ensure effective communication to stakeholders, providing timely ad‑hoc reports and analyses.
Provide leadership to management in driving profitability optimization.
Maintain accurate data in the C360 tool to track quotes deadlines and pipeline opportunities.

Qualifications

BS degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of finance controlling experience in large multi‑national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structure.

Skills

Operational finance experience onsite minimum 2 years.
Fluent English; knowledge of Italian, German, Polish or French is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; effective at all levels and able to influence and challenge decisions.
Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
Process & continuous improvement oriented.
