We are looking for Lancia Brand Pricing Senior Specialist
The role focuses on developing and implementing pricing strategies to sustain brand positioning, ensure profitability, and support business growth. It acts as a key interface between Brand, Finance, Sales & Marketing teams, and sometimes external partners (importers, joint ventures) to balance market needs with internal constraints.
Pricing Strategy Implementation
Contribute to the execution of brand pricing strategy at market level.

Validate pricing milestones with central finance and regional teams.

Ensure compliance with volume, pricing, and profitability commitments.
Market Analysis & Positioning
Collect and analyze market data (sales, competition, tax, economic trends).Monitor brand positioning and pricing power indicators monthly.
Price Setting & Approval
Manage price lists, customer price-value equation, and promotional actions.

Define price positioning and profitability assumptions for new projects.
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with Brand Product, Finance, Sales & Marketing teams.

Interface with external partners for transaction price negotiations.
Budget & KPI Management
Build and follow up on pricing budgets and country price adjustments.

Track KPIs like pricing power and profitability
