About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support a C-level executive in a fast-growing, international renewable energy group.
This role sits very close to senior leadership and requires a strong combination of executive support, cross-cultural communication, and coordination across global stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, proactive, and comfortable working in a multilingual, multicultural, and high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive day-to-day executive support to a C-level executive, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Act as a key communication bridge between the executive and internal/external stakeholders across Europe, China, and global regions
Prepare and translate emails, presentations, reports, and meeting materials (Chinese / English / Italian)
Coordinate senior-level meetings, board sessions, and executive visits, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Support cross-functional and cross-regional coordination, ensuring timely execution of executive priorities
Assist with ad-hoc projects, executive initiatives, and strategic coordination as required
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 3–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Senior Assistant / Personal Assistant supporting senior management
Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin), and Italian — both written and spoken (mandatory)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
High level of professional maturity, confidentiality, and integrity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with senior executives and external partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience working in multinational environments is a strong plus
