We’re looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to enhance our customer experience. As a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you will support store leadership in providing excellent service, training new team members, and assisting in daily operations and sales targets.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience with your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Support store operations by stepping in on the sales floor and covering shifts as needed.
• Open and close the store responsibly.
• Handle sales transactions and promote add-on sales using your fandom knowledge and store benefits.
• Understand sales goals and key performance indicators like UPT and ADT.
• Assist with store layout changes and merchandising.
• Share fashion and music trend insights with management and HQ.
• Ensure store security and prevent theft with management support.
• Maintain organized stock rooms and store cleanliness.
• Contribute to a collaborative and passionate team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably with a passion for music and pop culture.
• Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
