Position Summary

The Full-Time Associate assists the store management team with daily operations, including customer service, sales, merchandising, and other responsibilities. All activities should be performed professionally, courteously, reliably, and with a results-oriented attitude.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships through excellent service, assisting customers in a professional, courteous, and responsive manner.
• Display fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs and promote merchandise.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Maintain a positive attitude and comply with company policies.
• Support training in selling and merchandising techniques.
• Help minimize inventory shrinkage through loss prevention measures.
• Follow proper point of sale procedures and investigate discrepancies.
• Keep management informed of important developments and issues.
• Maintain a neat and organized sales environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The standard work week is 35-40 hours.

Qualifications

To succeed, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent command of English for communication with management, customers, and colleagues.
• Leadership skills and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility and availability to meet business needs.
• Basic fashion trend knowledge and customer service desire.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle responsibilities related to street lifestyle customers.
• Willingness to work in multiple stores within the district.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work extended hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation is required.
