Job Title:
Skilled Labor Worker – 1st Shift

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Labor Worker to join our-shift team. This role requires hands‑on experience in welding, fabrication, painting, and general equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM

• Overtime may be required as needed

Pay:

• Starting pay: $19.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks in accordance with safety and quality standards

• Fabricate metal parts and components

• Paint finished products as required

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and assist with repairs of equipment and machinery

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Welding certification required

• Experience with metal fabrication and industrial painting

• General mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic equipment repairs

• Ability to read basic blueprints or work instructions preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
