We are seeking a highly skilled, energetic, and tech-savvy Creative Digital & Web Innovation Specialist to lead our digital presence, social media, and web initiatives. This is a unique role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and digital marketing, and who loves bringing ideas to life online.

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, optimizing content for engagement and reach.
• Create visually compelling graphics and digital assets using Canva & Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Apply front-end development skills (Word Press, HTML, CSS, React, Python) to maintain and enhance our web presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design cohesive marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy.
• Evaluate campaign performance and use analytics to improve results.
• Communicate effectively, write clearly, and bring energy and initiative to every project.
• Travel as needed to support marketing events, loyalty events, and company-paid training sessions.

• Expertise in social media strategy and content creation.
• Strong design skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Proficiency in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, Word Press, React, and Python.
• Highly tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot, innovate, and implement solutions.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills, with strong attention to detail (spelling, grammar, and messaging).
• Creative thinker with a proactive, energetic approach to challenges.
• Willingness to travel as required for marketing and training initiatives.

• Two to four years of related experience preferred.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
