Direct Care Associate 2 / Tupelo SLH (Men) / Monday‑Friday 11pm‑7am $11.00/hr $12.00/hr with CNA

Part‑time position at Tupelo SLH, Mississippi’s largest provider for adult mental healthcare. This role offers compassionate therapeutic practices in a supportive team environment that encourages learning, growth, and career advancement. You will provide excellent care, comfort, and security to patients and families during their most vulnerable times.

• Provide care and support to adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Assist with day‑to‑day living skills to promote independent living.
• Participate actively as part of the treatment team, offering continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and providing crisis intervention as necessary.

• Work with four adults with intellectual/developmentally disabled conditions in a residential home in Desoto County.
• Flexible hours are available for weekend positions.
