Zone summary:
This Marketing Representative will have a key role in generating blood collections in the East MS region.

Responsibilities include:

• Consistently achieve unit goals in the assigned territory.
• Generate nearly 70% of MBS’ total collections.
• Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing groups; continuously identify new groups, specials, and promotions in the territory.
• Maintain acceptable performance in Unit Accuracy and Registration Accuracy, ensuring efficient use of mobile collection resources.
• Achieve acceptable units collected per drive and drives booked per month.
• Book drives according to the Donor Resources 12‑Week process.
• Allocate company resources to mobile operations efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Develop donor groups and organize all mobile visits in the assigned geographical territory.
• Generate mobile prep sheets, change sheets, and material order forms for each visit.
• Manage all aspects of the mobile from initial contact to follow
  
  AIupannanaging dissemination.
• Maintain an accurate record of each visit and group.
• Manage correspondence concerning donor protectionancier.
• Participate in department staff meetings, training sessions, and company‑wide meetings.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university; or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid MS driver’s license and an excellent driving record, accompanied by personal automobile liability insurance coverage.
• Ability to connect quickly with people in a poised, convincing, and enthusiastic manner.
• Strong capacity to work at a faster than average pace managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Cooperative teamwork skills to complete tasks.
• Sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to get things done correctly.
• Good understanding of people and ability to motivate and persuade others to act.
• Ability to achieve goals in a timely manner.
