We are seeking an innovative ALD expert to lead the development of next-generation thin-film solutions for cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate will spearhead research and development in:
Plasma-Enhanced Spatial ALD for advanced OLED encapsulation
ALD-IGZO TFTs for high-performance displays
Emerging ALD applications include:
- Electrochromic smart glass
- Panel-level packaging for integrated circuits
Advanced degree (PhD/MS) or BS in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, EE or related field
3-8+ years of hands‑on ALD experience with:
- PE‑ALD/spatial ALD systems
- Thin‑film applications in photovoltaics, OLED, or related fields
This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation at the intersection of materials science/device engineering/equipment technology, utilizing state‑of‑the‑art deposition technologies to enable next‑generation electronic and optoelectronic devices.
