Summary
Seeking a maintenance leader to oversee a high‑speed manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment reliability, team development, and a strong safety culture. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency through process improvements, technical troubleshooting expertise, and effective leadership of a cross‑functional maintenance team.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring proper staffing, training, and safety compliance.
- Promote a proactive safety‑first culture and correct unsafe conditions or practices.
- Maintain and improve equipment performance to maximize production up‑time and efficiency.
- Implement process improvement initiatives, including changeover optimization and visual management.
- Oversee maintenance budgets, reporting, forecasting, and coordination with contractors and equipment upgrades.
- High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred, with 2‑5 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills in high‑speed manufacturing.
- Proficiency with PLCs, preventive maintenance systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with conveyors, airveyors, and manufacturing support systems such as fluid delivery and line lubrication.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and meet all screening requirements.
