We are looking for skilled chiropractors to join our team and help us improve quality of life through routine and affordable chiropractic care. You will work one-on-one with patients to develop treatment plans addressing their unique needs and goals, educate them on the benefits of routine chiropractic care, and provide ongoing support to help them achieve optimal health and wellness.
You can focus on patient well-being without worrying about the nuances of running a business or insurance reimbursements.
We are currently offering a sign-on bonus of $5,000 and are a thriving part of the chiropractic community.
Opportunity- Full-time opportunity at our Tumwater clinic; must have a flexible schedule to include Saturdays.

- Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.
- Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.
- Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, to correct the musculoskeletal system where necessary.
- Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
- Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
- Obtain and record patients medical histories, as indicated.
- Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken when medically necessary.
- Analyze X-rays to locate sources of patients difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.
- Provide patient chiropractic care and education.
- Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Sales of membership packages.
- 4 year bachelor s degree from an accredited college.
- A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
- Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NCBE.
- A recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV.
- Valid DC license in Washington State.
- Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in Washington State.
Job Types: Full-time or Part-time.
Salary: $40-$50/hour plus monthly bonus of $1-$3 per adjustment (if performance metrics are met for the month). Sign-on Bonus of $5,000.
Expected hours: 30-40 per week.
