Toyota of Olympia is seeking a highly polished Employee Relations Manager / Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to the General Manager and a visible leader of employee engagement across the dealership.
This role is ideal for someone who brings executive presence, emotional intelligence, and energy
—someone who can move seamlessly between confidential administrative support and high-impact employee engagement. You are equal parts organized and outgoing, strategic and personable, discreet and dynamic.
This position combines two critical functions:
- Executive-level support to the General Manager, and
- Leadership of employee engagement and internal culture initiatives
You will play a central role in shaping the employee experience while operating with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & Culture
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, celebrations, and internal events
- Serve as a positive, trusted presence for employees across all departments
- Support onboarding experiences and internal communications
- Partner with leadership and HR to reinforce a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
- Act as a connector—helping people feel informed, appreciated, and aligned
- Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the General Manager
- Manage complex scheduling, meeting coordination, and executive follow-up
- Assist with drafting communications, presentations, and internal materials
- Support special projects and dealership initiatives as assigned
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Polished, outgoing, and confident with executive presence
- Highly organized with strong administrative and project-management skills
- Naturally engaging and approachable, with excellent interpersonal instincts
- Calm, discreet, and trusted with confidential information
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable anticipating needs
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, people-driven environment
- Prior experience in executive support, employee relations, office management, or similar high-trust roles preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with office technology and scheduling systems
- Ability to operate independently with sound judgment
- Must be willing to sign and adhere to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
