Warehouse & Order Processing Assistant

Eagle Distribution is a growing eCommerce and warehouse operation in Tulsa that handles online marketplace orders and prep services for multiple brands. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Assistant to support daily warehouse and order processing operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable performing basic warehouse and computer-based tasks. Training will be provided, so prior experience is not required.

• Print shipping labels using shipping software (training provided)
• Pack and prepare orders accurately for shipment
• Organize, count, and track inventory
• Assist with basic warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Follow step-by-step instructions, SOPs, and checklists
• Handle products carefully and maintain accuracy at all times

Comfortable using a computer for basic tasks such as:

• Google Sheets or Excel
• Simple software tools
• Must live in or near Tulsa, OK
• Must be comfortable working for $10–$13 per hour
• Reliable transportation required
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift light boxes
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Able to follow instructions carefully and consistently
