FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory Management:

* Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, ensuring that quantities are accurate and products are available as needed.

* Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.

* Oversee the receipt of products, ensuring that incoming shipments match purchase orders and are accurately recorded.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

* Utilize inventory management software to track inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.

* Generate reports on inventory status, including key metrics such as turnover rates, shrinkage, and obsolescence.

* Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

Process Improvement:

* Develop and implement inventory control procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

* Collaborate with procurement teams to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.

* Recommend and implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimize stockouts.

Compliance and Documentation:

* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory management.

* Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including adjustments, transfers, and disposals.

* Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and inventory reviews.

Coordination and Communication:

* Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveries.

* Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve inventory-related issues.

* Provide training and support to team members on inventory management practices and software.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.

* Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.

* Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
