Warehouse Associate​/Back Up Route Delivery Driver; Non CDL

Handcrafted Dynamic Brands is a privately-owned distributor of wine and spirits and is seeking a highly motivated and qualified route driver to deliver product to customer establishments. Depending upon the route, drivers will have an assigned time to report to the warehouse, given route information and load the product to their assigned vehicle, depending upon customer invoice specifications. The drivers are expected to provide our customers with high caliber service, always maintaining a top-notch degree of professionalism, honesty, and principles.

This job will also require the driver to return their vehicle to the warehouse once their route has been completed and pick their product orders via an invoice for the following day’s route as needed.

• Pick orders for accounts on a daily basis.
• Unload trucks on a daily basis.
• Check in / receive product on a daily basis.
• Keep warehouse clean/organized at all times.
• Unload and deliver product to customers daily, in good condition and timely manner.
• Provide high-level service to the client, maintaining a courteous attitude and service-oriented mindset.
• Produce invoice for each delivery and ensure completion of all paperwork from the customer.
• Collect accurate payment from the customer.
• Load van with the product for delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
• Work in tandem with sales reps to solve customer challenges.
• Other duties as assigned.

• $18 an hour starting pay.

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
• Valid Driver’s License/pass MVR.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 50 pounds routinely.
• Required to work in all weather conditions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 1 (plus) year experience preferred.

• 9:00am-5:30pm Mon-Thursday / 9:00am-3:00pm Friday.
• Full-time position.
• Requires flexibility to work overtime when necessary, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
