Job Title: Shuttle Driver

Employment type: Part-time

Compensation: $12.00 per hour

As the Shuttle Driver you are the first and last impression of the hotel. Your customer service is very important as you provide transportation to and from the property.

• Drive vehicle from hotel to other destinations according to assigned schedule.
• Assist passengers into and out of vehicle.
• Operate radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report status of service.
• Clean and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
• Assist guest with luggage in and out of hotel when not operating shuttle.
• Ensure bell carts are free of trash.
• Ensure trash in entrance is emptied.
• Maintain a clear driving record throughout employment.

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Professional appearance and manner.

• Customer Satisfaction: remain professional at all times, treat all guests and associates with courtesy and respect.
• Work Habits: meet and strive to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance; adaptable to change; problem‑solving.
• Safety & Security: adhere to security policies, key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, reporting hazards.
