Job Position: Shipping / Receiving Associate

Location: Tulsa OK 74146

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable Shipping / Receiving Associate to support warehouse and logistics operations at a Tulsa-based facility. The Shipping / Receiving Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring shipments meet quality and documentation standards.

• Load and unload trucks manually and with forklift or pallet jack
• Fill material requests for production and sales orders
• Verify inventory and maintain accurate records using computer systems
• Ensure all quality documents are routed to QC with required purchase orders and job orders
• Pack and crate materials for domestic and international shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
• Perform calculations and measurements accurately (heavy math skills required)
• Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Minimum 6 months of Shipping & Receiving experience required
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
• Strong computer and inventory system experience
• Ability to lift, move and handle materials safely
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Dependable, punctual and team-oriented

• $50 advance available after your first day of work
• Referral bonus up to $250 after 80 hours worked
