Driver (Non‑CDL)

Under the direction of the shift supervisor or team leader, the Driver will operate a box truck, flatbed truck, van with enclosed trailer or stand‑alone van to load and deliver products to and from the plant to the warehouse, consistently following all safety, quality and operational work instructions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Safely operate the vehicle on each trip, following all applicable laws and company policy.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
- Interact daily with warehouse supervisors and comply with warehouse safety requirements.
- Communicate courteously and professionally with operations and warehouse personnel via cellular telephone.
- Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions, place safety wheel chocks, and back equipment into loading docks as needed.
- Follow all company policies, guidelines and quality procedures.
- Perform additional job‑related duties as assigned.
- Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment daily.
- Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse and yard.
- Work overtime as dictated by business needs.

MinimumRequired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Utility trailer experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Completion of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) for tractor‑trailer operation is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse; conditions can vary from mild to moderate.
- Basic computer skills.
- English – reading, writing, verbal.
- Basic math.
- Read and follow manufacturer’s instruction manuals.
- Accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills; work independently or in a group.
- Perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Adapt to change and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

- Pushing and pulling carts.
- Sitting.
- Lift/carry and push/pull 30‑50 pounds.
- Reach above shoulder, squat, over knee.
