Tech Partners is partnering with a Tulsa-based company to hire a Software Developer who enjoys building real-world systems that connect software with hardware. This is a great fit for someone who wants to work closely with a hands‑on technical lead, contribute to internal applications, and support day‑to‑day business operations in a fast‑moving environment.

• Work directly with a lead developer on both hardware‑integrated and software‑driven projects
• Build and maintain internal applications that support operational workflows
• Write, test, and deploy code for systems interfacing with embedded devices, sensors, and industrial hardware
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing software systems and infrastructure
• Support IT operations, system administration, and technology integrations as needed
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and documentation

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Understanding of networking, APIs, and software‑to‑hardware communication
• Experience with embedded systems or microcontrollers (Raspberry Pi, Arduino, etc.)
• Familiarity with SQL/No
  
  SQL databases and REST APIs
• Exposure to Git and modern development workflows
• Some background in IT support, system integration, or automation scripting
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a small, agile team
• Full‑time, onsite role in Tulsa
• Standard office environment with occasional visits to the manufacturing floor
• PPE required when in the shop (hearing protection, safety glasses, OSHA‑compliant footwear)
