Senior IT Developer

Our client in Tulsa's IT team is searching for a Senior IT Developer! Candidates will have a Bachelor's and 5+ years of SQL, C#/.NET development experience;
Azure Cloud development experience preferred. You must be able to assist in multiple projects simultaneously while utilizing time management and organizational skills.

The Senior IT Developer role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust solutions that integrate with enterprise systems while leveraging modern development tools and cloud technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient C# applications.
• Write, maintain, and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
• Develop and maintain Power Shell scripts for automation and integration tasks.
• Leverage Azure cloud technologies to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications.
• Integrate and develop applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments.
• Follow industry best practices for coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the team's growth.
• Exercise awareness regarding possible suspicious activity, money laundering, or fraudulent behavior and report any such incidents to the BSA department. Perform all job functions in compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including BSA/AML, OFAC, and GLBA/privacy rules.
• Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.

• Advanced knowledge of Azure cloud technologies.
• Advanced knowledge in SQL Server, including query optimization and database design.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of experience in C#/.NET development.
• Experience in writing and debugging Power Shell scripts.
• Experience with in the Banking/Mortgage industry is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops for CI/CD pipelines and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with modern front‑end technologies (e.g.,
  Blazor, React, or Angular
  ) is a plus.
• Certifications in Azure or Power Platform technologies preferred.
