What You'll Be Doing:

• Take the lead on jobs, oversee crews, and mentor apprentices
• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain water, gas, and drainage systems to code
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications with precision
• Identify safety issues and take fast, effective corrective action
• Make solid decisions on-site to keep projects running smoothly and at the highest quality
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and contractors, ensuring alignment and accountability

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of plumbing experience
• A valid Journeyman or Residential Plumbing License (State Certified)
• A valid Driver's License
• Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• A team-first attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
