We are looking for a Junior Facilities Technician to join our team. In this role, you aren’t just "fixing things"—you are the technical steward of a critical community resource, ensuring that mechanical systems run efficiently and homes remain safe and dignified for our residents.
WhyChoose to Work in Affordable Housing?
- Recession‑Proof Stability:
The affordable housing sector work offers consistent and stable work and long‑term career security. - Systems Mastery:
Gain deep experience in high‑density building systems, from commercial‑grade HVAC to complex electrical and plumbing grids. - Professional Impact:
Apply your technical education to make a direct, positive impact on your community every day.

High‑level reasoning skills to solve practical problems where "textbook" answers might not exist. - Service Excellence:
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with residents and property management. - Reliability: A valid driver’s license and the physical stamina to navigate the property, climb ladders, and lift up to 50lbs.
- High School Diploma (Required).
- Technical School Certification (Highly Preferred).
