Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (rotating on-call for weekends, once per month)

• Technical Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. We value "fix‑it‑right" solutions over temporary patches.

• Technical Training: A recent certificate or degree from a technical school (HVAC, Electrical, or Building Trades) is highly valued.
• Problem‑Solving Mindset:
  High‑level reasoning skills to solve practical problems where "textbook" answers might not exist.
• Service Excellence:
  Strong communication skills to interact professionally with residents and property management.
• Reliability: A valid driver’s license and the physical stamina to navigate the property, climb ladders, and lift up to 50lbs.
