Overview
Atria Apartments in Tulsa, OK has an opening for a full‑time Maintenance Technician. The position offers full‑time health benefits, paid vacation, 401(k) with match, company life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and apartment rental discounts.
Responsibilities- Address resident service and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Communicate with residents on pending items or status of requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the physical property and correct unsafe conditions immediately.
- Keep accurate records of preventive maintenance, service requests, expenditures, make‑ready status, and work in progress.
- Ensure all make‑ready repairs and services are completed on schedule.
- Rake, sweep, shovel, and salt property grounds as warranted.
- Change locks and keys.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1+ year experience in property maintenance or equivalent fieldwork.
- Professional interaction with prospects, residents, staff, and management.
- Hands‑on experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, swimming pools, landscaping, and cleaning.
- Own tools and transportation to pick up replacement parts and supplies.
- HVAC certified and CPO preferred; CFC/EPA or willingness to obtain within 45 days.
- Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred and willingness to obtain if requested.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, walk between buildings, stoop, kneel, bend; hand‑eye coordination and dexterity.
- Adherence to OSHA guidelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fair Housing certification prior to interaction.
- Drug and background screening required.
40+ hours a week; evenings, weekends, and on‑call hours as needed.
Hourly pay range: $23–$25.
