• Analyze and troubleshoot any existing malfunctions or issues with existing units
• Implement periodic maintenance to guarantee the proper and secure operation of systems
• Respond to emergency circumstances promptly and proficiently
• Keep an inventory of parts and materials necessary for maintenance
• Connect with clients to deliver excellent, client-oriented service
• Make certain compliance with appliance regulations and the Health and Safety Act
• Effectively install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while adhering to safety protocols
• Ability to investigate and identify problems with existing HVAC systems
• Ensure systems function optimally and safely with regular upkeep
• Accomplish on-site preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration post-installation
• Utilize expertise and specialized knowledge regarding maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements
• This position is safety sensitive.

Qualifications:

• Proven background in working as an HVAC technician
• Knowledge of HVAC wiring diagrams
• Physical capability to work in situations that require various safety precautions and the use of protective equipment
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
• The capacity to carry out repairs and paperwork as mandated
• Competence to detect maintenance risks and defects in HVAC systems
• Must have a current Oklahoma Unlimited Mechanical Journeyman License Compensation: $40 - $60 hourly DOE
