Field Service Technician (KS - MO - AR) - Company Vehicle!

Join Trojan Technologies as a Field Service Technician. In this role you will travel extensively across the U.S. and occasionally to Canada, operating a company‑provided vehicle to service and maintain advanced UV water treatment systems and support our customers throughout North America.

• Travel 80–90 % of the time throughout the U.S. (and occasional Canada visits), using a company vehicle, and stay in company‑approved hotels when necessary.
• Perform service, repair, and start‑up of Trojan’s advanced water treatment systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, conduct testing, and ensure optimal system performance.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide solutions that drive satisfaction and repeat business.

• 3–5 years of field‑service experience traveling to customer sites to troubleshoot and resolve issues; prior experience with water‑treatment processes is ideal.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and P&.
• Hands‑on experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley, WAGO, Siemens), gates, and actuators.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Operations teams, and external contractors.
• Valid driver’s license and passport for U.S. and Canada travel.

US Only: Compensation for this role ranges from $33–$38 USD per hour. The position is eligible for bonus pay and offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
