As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Millwork Installer to join our team and take ownership of project execution in the field.

Position Summary:

As a Lead Millwork Installer, you will lead on-site installation efforts of architectural millwork, including doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, and custom wood features. You will coordinate field crews, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and serve as the primary point of contact for installation quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise installation crews on job sites, providing clear direction and support.

* Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and clients to review project plans, schedules, and site readiness.

* Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to plan and execute millwork installations.

* Ensure millwork components are measured, cut, assembled, and installed with precision and craftsmanship.

* Perform and oversee on-site modifications and adjustments for custom fit and finish.

* Ensure all installations meet safety, quality, and building code standards.

* Coordinate deliveries and verify all millwork materials and hardware are complete and accurate.

* Maintain daily communication with project stakeholders to address changes, resolve issues, and ensure timelines are met.

* Train and mentor junior installers and support skill development within the team.

* Maintain accurate documentation, including field reports, punch lists, material usage, and installation issues.

* Uphold a clean, organized, and safe worksite environment.

* Other duties as assigned.
