Description:

1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing company serving both commercial and residential properties.

We are seeking top-level service plumbers who want a career, not just a job! We value customer service and a family-oriented atmosphere. Candidates must be licensed plumbers with a Journeyman License and be willing to undergo a background check.

Qualifications:

• Servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
• Valid Journeyman's license
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to generate a minimum of $30,000 in revenue using modern equipment and perform quality work
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina for lifting heavy objects and working in tight spaces

Responsibilities:

• Use of Service Titan software for estimating repairs
• Manage plumbing projects from planning to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Recognize and solve problems independently
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude as a company representative
• Keep equipment and vehicle clean and maintained
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond swiftly to emergencies
• Be a collaborative and positive team member
