Job DetailsUnder general supervision, perform safe & efficient preventative maintenance duties on heavy construction equipment used in highway construction, grading & paving operations, plants, & quarries. Operate equipment safely following PPE and process requirements. This role is safety sensitive.
Activities/Tasks/Scope- Maintain a clean, safe work area
- Perform scheduled maintenance on construction equipment, including lube and oil changes
- Assist mechanics with repairs
- Document work performed
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Apply work procedures to ensure safety and efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience as a heavy equipment Oiler/Lube Technician
- Mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, manual dexterity, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs
