Service Co-Ordinator – Tulsa

Position Overview

There is an immediate opening within the service department for a Field Service Coordinator with experience in the industrial equipment industry. This role involves scheduling service technicians to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial compressed air systems. The position also manages the preventive maintenance customer base by proactively contacting customers when service is due, as well as fielding inbound service requests that require immediate attention.

• Schedule field service technicians for preventive maintenance and emergency breakdowns
• Provide estimates to customers based on service technician recommendations
• Contact customers with pending parts and schedule work once parts are received
• Read and interpret operation manuals, electrical schematics, and parts breakdowns
• Document service and installation activities by reviewing work orders for each job
• Maintain maintenance agreements, including scheduling, database updates, and renewals
• Support customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and routing them to appropriate staff
• Perform additional assignments as directed by management

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of service-related experience with industrial equipment (compressed air, HVAC, vacuum, etc.)
• Working knowledge of compressed air systems and related components is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude related to industrial equipment
• Ability to read and interpret parts breakdowns and instruction manuals
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
