** Tulsa, OK** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol guest areas, lobbies, and back-of-house spaces, completing routine rounds and staying highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will communicate professionally with guests and staff, respond to concerns, and document observations.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access control expectations, and emergency response activities as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout hotel public areas, back-of-house spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting irregular activity and/or maintenance concerns.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing clear communication and coordination with hotel management and emergency services when appropriate.

+ Monitor and document guest-related disturbances, loitering, and/or unauthorized access, taking actions that help to deter inappropriate behavior within the scope of post orders.

+ Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and guest interactions, and communicate relevant updates during shift changes to support consistent security-related coverage.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
