Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, data rooms, common areas, loading areas, and the perimeter, noting irregular conditions and reporting them per post orders;
Monitor access control points, verifying authorization, assisting with visitor processing, and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries according to site requirements;
Complete routine documentation such as shift activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate key updates to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership
