Position: Corporate Sales & Client Experience Consultant

FINE Airport Parking is seeking a Corporate Sales & Client Experience Consultant to drive business growth through identifying, securing, and managing B2B relationships with local and national corporations while also driving sales and client engagement for the sale of automotive products through FINE Auto Detailing.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly organized, technologically proficient, and results-oriented. This individual represents FINE in the local business communities in which we operate and works closely with facility and executive leadership to ensure new and existing partners receive consistent, professional, and service-focused experience.

Essential Functions

Corporate Sales – Primary Focus (60–70%)

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate parking accounts within the Tulsa, Denver, and Houston MSAs and surrounding business corridors
  • Develop and execute a structured outbound sales plan including cold outreach, referrals, networking events, chamber engagement, and direct meetings
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, executive assistants, travel coordinators, and decision-makers
  • Present FINE’s corporate parking solutions, pricing models, and value propositions in professional settings
  • Track all prospecting activity, pipeline stages, and account retention metrics in CRM
  • Prepare proposals, service agreements, and corporate onboarding documentation
  • Conduct quarterly check-ins with corporate clients to ensure retention and identify expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with facility leadership to ensure corporate clients receive a seamless FINE Experience
  • Meet defined new account acquisition targets and revenue benchmarks
  • Travel to FINE locations as needed to support corporate relationship development and market expansion (anticipated 1–2 trips per quarter).
Fine Auto Detailing/Automotive Product Sales & Client Experience – Secondary Focus (30–40%)
  • Follow up on direct inquiries derived from SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to generate and implement marketing funnels consistent with a luxury hospitality brand
  • Conduct client consultations for high-ticket automotive protection packages (PPF, coatings, tint)
  • Educate customers on service options, timelines, warranty expectations, and aftercare requirements
  • Support the integration of FINE loyalty initiatives into automotive product offerings when applicable
  • Maintain white-glove communication, consistent with a luxury hospitality operation, with high-end clientele from intake through vehicle delivery
  • Partner with the Detail Shop Manager to align sales promises with operational capacity
  • Represent FINE at community events, enthusiast gatherings, and local networking functions
Safety‑Sensitive Requirements
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 consecutive years
  • Meet company insurability standards for MVR review
  • Safely operate customer vehicles, including high-value and manual transmission vehicles, when required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work around active vehicle traffic and shop environments
  • Compliance with FINE’s Substance‑Free Workplace Policy
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
  • High degree of proficiency with Marketing Technology
  • Experience building and managing a structured sales pipeline
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Self‑directed and capable of managing a weekly sales plan without daily supervision
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in corporate high‑end luxury travel services, hospitality, automotive services, or facility services
  • Experience selling high‑ticket services ($2,000+)
  • Understanding of recurring revenue sales models
Compensation Package
  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $68,000 annually
  • Commission Structure:
    Uncapped commission tied to gross revenue from corporate accounts and automotive product sales
  • Total Target Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 annually
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance:
    Available after a 60‑day waiting period; FINE covers up to 50% of the employee premium
  • Additional Voluntary Benefits:

  • Basic Life & AD&D Insurance: $10,000 policy provided at no cost to the employee
  • Paid Time Off:
    Up to 40 hours of PTO during the first year of employment; increases to 80 hours after one year
